Might have to get someone else to play with it.

I also love that painting, gorgeous!Carrie at In the Hammock Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01496016097652195216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-15402408235362857742011-03-07T21:30:37.715-06:002011-03-07T21:30:37.715-06:00Bluerose,

Who knows...I may change my mind on that this year. :o)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05224144362122882987noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-36956788512469215912011-03-07T19:55:14.290-06:002011-03-07T19:55:14.290-06:00I love going to goodwill stores, too!! Unfortunate...I love going to goodwill stores, too!! Unfortunately, the good ones are about an hour away, and the prices have went up so high that it's cheaper to buy stuff on clearance or brand new. So, I'm a bit jealous of you!! :)
Now yard sales are my weakness. Me and my husband usually plan a couple of times a year with my parents to drive into the next town and hit as many yard sales as we can. Last year we even bought a map and newspaper and marked where all the yard sales were, so we could have a plan. We love it, though. :)
Oh, and i love that picture frame! That's also one of my weaknesses. I can't resist a pretty decorated picture frame, or cloth for that matter. ;) I have so much cloth right now, I don't know what to do with it. I'm glad to know I'm not alone in my bargain hunting. :)Bluerosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00680170638396181756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-96690535495514732011-03-07T18:48:52.290-06:002011-03-07T18:48:52.290-06:00Renee,

It's a bummer that your GW store doesn't mark anything down, though.

What happens in my area is all of the area GW stores send stuff that's been on the shelves for a good length of time over to the Bargain Barn. The BB then sells it all at a reduced price. If it doesn't sell at the BB, they rotate back out to all the stores. It all gets sold at some point...just depends on how much.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05224144362122882987noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-75687139573077790272011-03-07T18:36:48.259-06:002011-03-07T18:36:48.259-06:00I LOVE Goodwill but we don't have bargains lik...I LOVE Goodwill but we don't have bargains like that! Clothes are $3.99 for shirts and $5.99 for pants which isn't much but when you have a Gabe's where you can buy brand new name brand stuff for that price it's not that good of deal LOL! I do however love to look for books and household decor there. I found a gorgeous Fenton carnival glass Holly bowl for like $7 which is waaaay less than it's worth. Love your finds though :-)

XOXO~ ReneeRenee (BlacknGoldGirlsBookSpot)https://www.blogger.com/profile/02701232799625814028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-83631397974165969452011-03-07T17:29:03.180-06:002011-03-07T17:29:03.180-06:00LOL, Joy! She finds furniture at Good Will all the time, paints the items and transforms them into masterpieces. I'm thisclose to copying some of her designs. Do not, I repeat do NOT follow her blog (and by that I mean run right over to check it out, of course). :)Joy Tamsin Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11559855237654982212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-36789460000502308582011-03-07T17:21:02.015-06:002011-03-07T17:21:02.015-06:00Thanks, Renee Ann! I've found that it cures my doldrums quite quickly, no matter the season. :o)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05224144362122882987noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744012819468372038.post-53624098934811994102011-03-07T17:05:33.163-06:002011-03-07T17:05:33.163-06:00I enjoyed seeing your great deals! But I do have a Good Will Store in my town, and it's one of my favorite places. I keep thinking when spring truly arrives (we had another snow/ice storm today), I'll find some pretty bargains at Good Will. Some of my favorite clothes--including my winter coat--came from GW!Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06177523368064618185noreply@blogger.com
